As an experienced DJ and music producer, she’ll show you how the software is structured, what the key basics are, and what she wishes she’d known when she was starting out.

Beyond all the musical activities of DJs, self-promotion has become an essential topic for generating bookings and a stable income. In this workshop, Tereza will share what matters when it comes to questions about social media and promo moves, booking agencies, and fee negotiations. The Berlin-based DJ has been living the DJ dream for over 10 years and is now recognized and booked across Europe.

You feel confident with digital mixing and now want to integrate records into your sets, or are even planning to switch to vinyl-only? Bremen-based ANIS made this transition herself years ago and has since played vinyl-only sets in Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen, and at numerous festivals. Now ANIS will show you how to successfully integrate records into your sets or even make the full switch, what you need for it, and what DJs should definitely pay attention to with this new old medium.

You DJ regularly and want to take the next step? In this workshop, you'll learn how to establish yourself professionally and increase your chances of better bookings. Together, we'll look at what belongs in a convincing EPK, how a professional tech rider is structured, and which systems help you handle bookings efficiently. We'll also discuss networking, proactive applications to clubs and promoters, and the question of when working with an agency might make sense.

Few things define a DJ's signature style as much as their track selection. But how do you find your sound and records that aren't already being played by everyone else? Vinyl-only DJ, label owner, and promoter Marie Montexier shares how and where she digs for gems for her sets, how she packs her record bag, and how she keeps track of her collection. This workshop focuses on vinyl DJing.

We'll look at the basics of bookkeeping, clarify tax essentials, and give you an easy-to-understand system to help you organize your income and expenses properly. The goal is to give you more confidence in dealing with financial topics.

Mixing is one of the most essential DJ skills, covering a vast field that includes beatmatching, EQing, phrasing, and cutting. If you've got the basics down and want to learn more about mixing techniques, then sign up for this workshop. Marie Midori, DJ and member of the well-known Femme Bass Mafia crew, will show you how to take your technical DJ skills to the next level.

In addition to mixing with vinyl, the workshop will cover how to best build your vinyl collection, which (technical) difficulties can arise, and how to best deal with them.

Many DJs are familiar and skilled with two decks, mixing from track A to track B – but there's more to explore! DJ and producer Philo will show you how to work with three decks, layer tracks, and incorporate additional elements like vocals, percussion, or breaks into your set. In this advanced workshop, you'll learn how to add more depth to your mixing through targeted EQing, fader cuts, loops, and creative techniques like backspins or reverse. It also covers working across genres and developing your own style.
