The non-profit association POP Office Bremen sees itself as a contact point and competence centre for the music scene and music industry in the state of Bremen. To strengthen our team starting March 1st, we are looking for a
PROJECT MANAGER IN PART-TIME (50%)
as a parental leave replacement until 31 August 2023 with the following main duties:
- Conception, operational planning and organisational control of our projects
- Organisation and implementation of analogue and digital events and qualification offers
- Implementation of new event formats
- Handling and acquisition of funding programmes in the field of pop culture and pop music
- Compliance with deadlines and budgets
- Identify and use resources
- Achieving and documenting milestones
- Budget control and accounting
- Quality assurance
If you are interested in and passionate about music, pop, stages, music tech and promoting young talent, if you like to work independently, and if you are communicative and a team player, then you will fit in with us. Do you also have a knack for complex planning, a good understanding of numbers and like to take on responsibility? Then we definitely belong together! In addition, we would like to see:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in the field of business, management or culture
- First work experience desirable
- Commercial knowledge: Accounting, calculations, databases
- Ability to work under pressure and thorough way of working
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Willingness to travel and work weekends
