Andrea Rösler has been an active cultural manager in the Hanseatic city’s music and event scene for 14 years. After her training as an event manager, she worked for a long time as a freelancer for various cultural institutions and festivals in the areas of booking, organization, coordination, press relations and marketing. Since 2016, she has been involved full-time in local music promotion at Musikszene Bremen e.V., where she also organizes the Überseefestival, for example. She is part of the festival collective HELLSEATIC, which was founded in 2019, had her own concert format in the Schwankhalle for over four years and still organizes her own concerts with a lot of heart and soul. She deals with newcomer bands from almost all genres on a daily basis and is happy to answer all questions about booking from the perspective of a concert and festival organizer. What do promoters look for, how do you stand out from the mass of booking requests and how do you get the right contacts.
