Andrea Rösler has been active as a cultural manager in the music and event scene of Bremen for 14 years. After training as an event manager, she worked freelance for various cultural institutions and festivals in the areas of booking, organization, coordination, press relations & marketing for many years. Since 2016, she has been working full-time for Musikszene Bremen e.V., promoting local music and organizing events such as the Überseefestival. She is part of the HELLSEATIC festival collective, founded in 2019, had her own concert format in the Schwankhalle for over four years, and continues to organize her own concerts with a lot of passion.
She deals with newcomer bands from almost all genres on a daily basis and is happy to answer any questions about booking from the perspective of a concert and festival organizer. What do organizers look for, how do you stand out from the crowd of booking requests, and how do you get the right contacts? Andrea comes from a family of musicians and plays drums and piano/synthesizer herself. Her heart beats for live music.
