How do you want to look on stage? What connection do you have with the audience? What do you want to “tell” with your music? The work of Rixa aka rims.ka is all about such questions. For several years she has been working as a freelance for various acts and pop agencies in the areas of concert design, artist development, giving feedback for concerts and writing press releases. She has combined her experience in directing and theater with her passion for (pop) music and growing up in the music business. She has repeatedly worked for her father, music producer Peter Hoffmann, and has thus experienced the music industry in all its facets.

She gives artists a framework within which they can see and develop their artistic profile and present it to the outside world. By looking at the big picture from the outside, Rixa provides concrete feedback that incorporates both: Your own wishes and the audience’s point of view. Her work is interdisciplinary in nature, which means that other artistic elements are always incorporated, creating a unique character.
